在本章的研究工作中,首先制备了三种不同的TiO2/Au/CNT复合纳米颗粒并以碳纸为基底制成修饰电极,随后用电化学手段研究了铁氰化钾探针在修饰电极上的电化学性质和表面特征及覆盖白血病细胞后的电化学性质。与碳纸和经纳米复合物修饰电极相比,铁氰化钾在有细胞覆盖的修饰电极上的电化学响应有明显增强。因此这种新型电化学生物传感器在癌症的早期诊断和疗效的监测等方面都具有重要的应用前景。
In this paper, we firstly prepared three different TiO2/Au nanocomposites with CNT. Then the TiO2/Au/CNT nanocomposites were coated on the carbon papers to form the modified electrodes. We researched the electrochemical property before and after coated the cells of the probe K3[Fe(CN)6] by the means of electrochemical method. Compared with electrochemical signals on bare carbon paper and nanocomposite modified substrates, the significantly enhanced electrochemical signals on the modified electrodes covered with cancer cells have been observed. Therefore, the novel electrochemical biosensors have potential application in the development of the biocompatible and multi-signal responsive biosensors for the early diagnosis of cancers.
