设计了基于LabVIEW的测控系统,用于测量传动系统扭振、监测动力总成的实时状态和实现特定试验工况。系统由NI PXI数据采集平台、扭矩传感器、CAN接口卡、数据采集卡等组成。测控系统可以采集传动轴的扭矩和转速,监控动力总成状态参数等一些重要参数,采用模糊控制算法对油门开度进行控制,实现车速的精确跟踪。实验结果表明,测控系统达到了设计的功能,为后续的控制策略开发和振动分析奠定了基础。

In this paper, a measurement and control system based on LabVIEW is designed in order to measure the vibration of the drive shaft, to monitor the status of the powertrain and to control the test at specific conditions. The system consists of torque sensor, CAN interface, data acquisition card and chassis based on NI PXI. The system can acquire the torque and rotational speed of the drive shaft, monitor the status of the powertrain and control the accelerate pedal with fuzzy control method to control the vehicle speed. The experimental results show that the measurement and control system can achieve the desired function and provide the basis for the follow-up control strategy development and vibration analysis.
