废旧铅酸电池回收处理工艺探究

铅酸蓄电池的广泛使用,给各行各业带来了极大的方便,但是废旧酸蓄电池是重要的铅污染源,如果不合理地回收处理,废旧铅酸电池分解出的重金属和有毒废液会对环境带来严重污染,极度危害人体健康。本文通过对现有的废铅酸电池预处理工艺的研究,提出全新的预处理工艺。这套工艺避免了回收工程中的高温冶炼,同时还把废旧铅酸的铅泥直接作为制造铅酸电池的原料。
Widespread use of lead-acid batteries to all walks of life has brought great convenience, but it is important to scrap lead acid batteries pollution, if unreasonably recycling, used lead-acid batteries decomposition of heavy metals and toxic waste will serious environmental pollution, extreme harm to human health. Based on the existing pretreatment of waste lead-acid battery research, we propose a new pre-treatment process. This process avoids the pyrometallurgical recycling projects, while also used lead-acid lead acid battery manufacturing mud directly as a raw material.
