工单管理系统是当今企业运营中重要的信息化系统。企业采用工单管理系统可以提高服务质量和工作效率，降低管理和运营成本，能够实时监测企业运营过程中的各个环节，实现了企业内部工作任务的全程管理。工单管理系统主要包含工单的创建、审批、派单、任务确认、查询等方面的功能。本文提供了一种基于J2EE的Struts、Hibernate、Spring框架开发工单管理系统的方法。应用这种系统框架可以提高系统开发效率，并且满足系统扩展性、可重用性和可维护性的要求。
Work order management system is the important IT system in enterprise now. By using work order management system, the enterprise can improve its service qualification and operates effectively with low operating costs. Also, the manager can monitor all the tasks of enterprise any time. The work order management system is composed of creating, approving, dispatching, confirming, inquiring tasks. The paper mainly introduces the method for developing work order management system which is based on Struts, Hibernate, Spring. This framework technology has stronger flexibility, and better extensibility.
