本文对不同初始溶解氧浓度(高氧组:8.41±0.12mg/L;正常组:7.24±0.01mg/L;低氧组:4.48±0.25mg/L)条件下急性应激30min和60min的许氏平鮋的血细胞和血清生化指标值进行了对比分析。结果表明:随着溶氧浓度的下降,许氏平鮋红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)数量以及血红蛋白(HGB)含量显著增加,且红细胞数量和血红蛋白含量随处理时间推移显著增大;血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量显著升高,而碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量显著降低;血清中葡萄糖(GLU)和甘油三酯(TG)浓度随水体溶氧降低而显著升高,而白蛋白(ALB)含量显著降低,总蛋白(TP)和总胆固醇(TC)含量变化不显著;总胆红素(T-Bil)和尿素(UREA)浓度随水体溶氧浓度降低显著升高。说明低氧胁迫导致许氏平鮋脏器损伤,免疫能力及代谢水平发生变化,养殖水体溶解氧浓度维持在4mg/L以上较适宜。

t different dissolved oxygen concentrations(Hyperoxia group:8.41±0.12mg/L;Normal group:7.24±0.01mg/L;Hypoxia group:4.48±0.25mg/L), the number of Red blood cell(RBC), White blood cell(WBC) and the content of Hemoglobin (HGB),Alanine aaminotransferase(ALT),Aspartese tranasaminasa(AST),Alkaline phosphatase(ALP), Glucose(GLU), Total protein(TP),Albumin(ALB), Total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG), Total bilirubin(T-Bil) and Urea of serum of Sebastes schlegeli under acute dissolved oxygen stress for 30 minutes and 60 minutes were mensurated by BS-1800 automatic blood cell analyzer and BS-180 automatic biochemical analyzer. The result showed that the number of RBC and WBC, the content of HGB significantly increased with the decreasing dissolved oxygen concentration. As the time elapsed, the number of RBC and the content of HGB became higher obviously; The content of ALT and AST of serum elevated remarkably while that of ALP significantly decreased. The concentration of GLU and TG became higher obviously as dissolved oxygen concentration decreased while that of ALB was just contrary. No significant changes were observed in the content of TP and TC; The concentration of T-Bil and UREA remarkably increased with the decreasing dissolved oxygen concentration. These results indicated that hypoxia stress would lead to organ damage, immune and metabolic level changes. It is concluded that maintaining the dissolved oxygen concentration above 4 mg/L was comparatively reasonable.
