井下皮带PLC标准化程序的研究

在煤矿自动化系统的建设中，现有井下皮带自动化控制程序的设计存在可移植性和通用性差等缺点和不足。本文以程序功能化，模块化为指导思想，结合现场实践经验，提出一种标准化程序设计的解决方案。由本方案设计的PLC下位机程序已在中国平煤神马能源化工集团有限责任公司六矿的自动化应用中取得了良好的效果。
In the construction of mining automation system, the design of PLC Program at present in mining belt conveyer has some defects such as bad portability and general-utility. In order to solve this problem, we propose a standardized PLC Program design based on functionalization and modularization programming methods with the combination of onsite experience. We‘ve gained a good result by applying this program to Zhong Ping Energy Group 6th Coalmine automation project.
