根据国内外公共交通管理的实际情况及GPS技术的发展现状,结合GPS在智能公交系统中的应用背景,本文设计了一种基于GPS,GPRS和GIS技术的智能公交监控系统,并详细介绍了其整体结构和各功能模块。系统应用GeoTools 和PostGIS等开源工具,利用三层的C/S结构开发了具有地图基本操作功能的GIS平台,并在此平台基础上实现了公交车辆远程监控功能。将车辆行驶信息直观的显示到地图上,便于工作人员客观、科学地进行调度指挥,提高了公交管理的信息化、智能化。

In the light of public transport management at home and abroad, the actual situation and the development of GPS technology,combined with the application background about GPS used in ITS,the paper designed the Intelligent Bus Surveillance system based on GPS,GPRS and GIS technology,and describes the structure and compositon of the system in detail, including its working principle. This paper using these open-source toolkit GeoTools and PostGIS, based on the three-layer C/S model, developed an GIS platform with basic map operations, and realized the Bus Romte Monitoring System on this platform. The vehicle information will display on the map directly, facilitates staff scheduling and command scientifically,objectively, improves the informatization and intelligentize of the bus man-agement system.
