学习型高校提升教师创造力的组织学习体系构建
Research on Organizational Learning System of Promoting Teacher’s Creativity in Learning Universities
本文通过对学习型高校提升教师创造力的途径分析,将学习型高校的五项修炼与教师创造力的提升相结合,证明了学习型高校在提升教师创造力方面的重要作用。并根据学习型高校五项修炼的精髓,构建了以“人体五力平衡”模型为框架的学习型高校的组织学习体系。
hrough the analysis of the implementation of promoting teacher’s creativity in learning universities, this paper connects the five disciplines of learning universities with the teacher lecturers’ creativity to prove the crucial effect of learning universities in promoting teacher’s creativity. According to the distillation of five disciplines of learning universities, this paper has built a “body five-force balance” model as the frame of organizational learning system in learning universities.
