间充质干细胞的免疫学特性及免疫调节特性应用研究进展
Immune characteristics of mesenchymal stem cells and the progression of immumodulation application
间充质干细胞(Mesenchyma1stem cell, MSCs)来源于中胚层,可分化为骨、软骨、肌腱、肌肉、脂肪和髓基质等多种结缔组织细胞。MSCs具有独特的免疫调节特性,多向分化潜能以及支持造血的潜能,提示MSC细胞在干细胞治疗领域具有潜在的应用前景。此文就MSCs的免疫学特征、细胞-宿主的界面反应及其在免疫调节应用研究方面的进展进行综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells are derived from mesoderm.The nature immunomodulatory properties of MSCs, their ability to support hematopoiesis and be genetically modified stably, their capacity of mutipotential differentiation and participating in the regeneration of damaged tissues, suggest that MSCs can be utilized in many novel applications in clinical stem cell therapy. In this paper, we reviewed the immune characteristic of mesenchymal stem cells, interface reaction of MSC-host and the progression of immumodulation application.
