二氧化硅增强丁苯橡胶复合材料的制备与性能研究

白炭黑填充的橡胶胶料具有低滚动阻力,节约燃料,减少汽车废气排放等优点,是生产绿色轮胎的理想材料。本文主要研究了二氧化硅的改性方法对丁苯橡胶/白炭黑复合体系性能的影响。结果表明,环氧化杜仲胶、EPDM-g-MMH和KH-550都能降低白炭黑引起的硫化延迟效应,减轻填料聚集导致的Payne效应,提高丁苯橡胶/白炭黑硫化胶的力学性能、耐磨性,改善压缩疲劳性能;对比EPDM-g-MMH和KH-550环氧化杜仲胶改性的硫化胶具有更高的的力学性能和耐磨性,且具有较好的动态力学性能。

he rubber composites filled by silica are ideal materials for producing green tire, which has advantages of low rolling resistance, saving fuel and reducing exhaust emissions. The modification effects of silica in styrene butadiene rubber composites were studied in this paper. The results showed that the addition of EEUG, EPDM-g-MMH and KH-550 could decrease the vulcanization delay, reduce Payne effect, and improve mechanical properties, wear resistance compression fatigue of composites. The composite modified with EEUG got higher mechanical properties, better abrasion resistance and dynamic mechanical properties compared to KH-550 and EPDM-g-MMH.
