面向复杂系统故障溯源的SDG-FG模型建模方法研究

复杂机电系统结及故障具有层次性和相关性的特点,建立反映故障传播过程的模型是实现故障原因推理的基础。针对故障发展在单元设备内部和各个设备之间的不同特点,本文提出了一种基于SDG-FG(符合有向图-故障逻辑网络图)集成模型建模方法,即在系统故障溯源集成模型中分别采用系统层和设备层对其进行刻画。系统层用于描述各设备之间的状态关联影响关系,设备层用于描述单元设备内部元件故障传递发展过程,两层之间通过设备功能状态变量进行关联集成,最终构建集成化的故障溯源模型,为实现复杂机电系统故障溯源技术研究提供模型基础。

For the complex electromechanical system and its failure model have the characteristics of hierarchy and correlation, the model with the purpose to assist with failure propagation process is the basis of fault root causes tracing analysis. According to these characteristics, an integration model for fault root causes tracing based on SDG-FG (Signed Directed Graph- Fault Graph ) is proposed. The model is integrated by two layers which are SDG model layer and FG model layer. The SDG model layer is built based on causal ordering relationships between the equipment of system, and the FG model layer is built based on relation between structure and failure modes of equipment. The FG model layer can then be integrated with the SDG model layer into SDG-FG model through status variable emergin, which can provide a platform for fault root causes tracing analysis.
