茶树专用菌剂对山东茶园土壤肥力及茶树发育的影响
Effects of Tea Special Inocula on the Soil Fertility and the Tea Plant Development of Tea Garden in Shandong
为了探究茶树专用菌剂对山东茶园土壤肥力及茶叶产量和品质的影响,采用田间小区试验,设置对照组和不同菌剂的处理组,测定了各小区茶园土壤理化性状、茶树产量和主要品质生化指标。结果表明:施用三种菌剂均能提高茶园土壤肥力,提高茶叶百芽重和品质。其中自主研发的新型菌剂在铵态氮、速效磷、速效钾方面比CK可分别最大提高11.5%、126.6%、47.3%,而硝态氮含量在第一次施肥后则降低了58.8%;百芽重最大可增加64.7%;水浸出物、氨基酸含量最大可增加3%、18% ,同时可降低咖啡碱、茶多酚含量12%、4%,菌剂效果最显著。因此,该菌剂在山东茶园具有较强的推广应用价值。
he field plot experiments were used in order to explore the effects of tea special inocula on the soil fertility, tea production and quality of tea garden in Shandong. The CK and different inocula groups were set, and the tea garden soil physical, tea yield and main quality biochemical indicators were measured. The results showed that the application of the three inocula can improve soil fertility, tea hundred-bud weight and quality, also can increase the tea water extract and amino acid content significantly. The ammonium nitrogen, available p, available K, hundred-bud weight, water extract and amino acid of the new self-made inocula could rise 11.5%, 126.6%, 47.3% , 64.7%, 3%、18% than CK respectively at most. However, the content of nitrate nitrogen caffeine decreased by 58.8% after the first fertilization. At the same time, the content of caffeine and tea polyphenols decreased by 12%, 4% than CK respectively. The new self-made inocula had the most significant effect, so it had strong applied value in tea garden in Shandong
