锚杆-砂浆界面粘结滑移关系的试验研究与破坏过程解析
Experimental study and theoretical solution of failure process on bond-slip relationship between the bolt and cement mortar
为研究岩石基础锚杆与砂浆之间界面的粘结滑移关系,分别进行了室内短锚中心拉拔试验和现场长锚抗拔试验。在室内试验中,配置了6种水泥砂浆,分析了水泥砂浆的强度和含砂率对粘结滑移关系了影响,得到了试验的最优配合比。根据局部变形理论,建立了能够描述长锚杆受到上拔荷载作用时,锚杆-砂浆界面经历弹性状态、塑性软化和开裂滑移三个阶段的数学模型。应用该模型分析现场长锚杆试验的数据,计算结果表明:1)当上拔荷载小于弹性极限荷载时,有效锚固长度表现为一个恒定值,否则有效锚固深度将开始增加;2)当上拔荷载大于弹性极限荷载后,轴力F随深度z的衰减程度将因上部界面的软化和开裂而放缓。最后,得到了有效锚固深度随上拔荷载增大而增加的计算公式。
o research the bond-slip relationship between the bolt and cement mortar for rock foundation, the pull out test for short bolt in laboratory and uplift test for long bolt in field were carried out respectively. In laboratory, 6 kinds mix proportions of cement mortar were mixed to estimate the effect of the compression strength and sand ratio of mortar on bold-slip relationship. The best mix proportion is presented. Based on local deformation theory, a mathematics model is built, which could describe the change process of bolt-mortar interface undergo elastic, plastic softening and slip with uplift loading increase. The model was applied to analyze the field test data. The result show that the effective anchorage depth is a constant value if uplift loading is less than elastic ultimate loading, else it will increase, and attenuation degree of axis force with depth will slow because of interface plastic soften and cracking occur in top of bolt if uplift. Finally, the calculation formula of effective anchorage depth extend with uplift loading increase is presented.
