滑块式滚滑复合导轨结构及其静力学分析
Measurement Method for Normal Physical Parameters Identification of Linear Rolling Guide
滚滑复合导轨主要是针对重型数控机床进给系统重载的特点而研发的一种新型导轨,具有具有较大的承载能力又具有优良的运动性能。本文首先根据滚滑复合导轨的功能需求,设计了一种新型载荷分配可调的滑块式滚滑复合导轨,并建立了该型号导轨静力学分析模型,通过分析获得了预紧力对滚动结合面与滑动结合面上载荷分配的影响关系。最后,对该类型滚滑复合导轨进行了制造与装配。

Doing research and development on rolling and sliding composite guide rail is mainly for the characteristics of overloading of Heavy NC machine tool feed system, it has larger bearing capacity and excellent sports performance. According to the function demand of rolling and sliding composite guide rail, this paper firstly designed a new rolling and sliding composite guide rail with adjustable load distribution, and established the static analysis model of this guide rail, obtained relationship between load distribution and pre tightening force by the analysis of the rolling and sliding composite guide rail. Finally, the type of rolling and sliding composite guide rail was manufactured and assembled.
