用GARP生态位模型预测刺萼龙葵在我国的潜在分布区

Predicting potential distribution of Solanum rostratum in China using GARP ecological niche model

检疫性杂草刺萼龙葵(Solanum rostratum Dunal.)近年来扩散蔓延到我国华北地区,明确该草在我国的可能适生范围对该草的监测和治理有重要意义。利用刺萼龙葵在原产地和其它入侵地的分布,运用GARP生态位模型结合地理信息系统(GIS)建立了刺萼龙葵的生态位模型,受测者工作曲线(ROC)检测曲线下面积(AUC)为0.816,表现出很好的预测能力。用该模型预测刺萼龙葵在我国的潜在分布区,结果表明,刺萼龙葵在我国的潜在分布区极广,其潜在分布区包括除西藏、青海、海南、广东广西南部和台湾部分地区外的其它地区,尤其在华中、华北和华东等地区的适生性最高。鉴于刺萼龙葵可能进入一个危险的快速扩散阶段,提醒相关部门应当引起重视。

Solanum rostratum Dunal. (buffalobur), as a quarantine weed in China, has been spread to North China in recent years. In order to monitor and control this weed effectively, it is necessary to investigate the potential distributional areas of this weed. In this study, both an ecological niche modeling method, called Genetic Algorithm for Rule-set Prediction (GARP) and Geographic Information System (GIS) program were applied to build the ecological niche models, based on the data of S. rostratum in the current distribution in the native and other invaded areas. The Area Under Curve of Receive Operation Curve (ROC) test is 0.816 and indicate good performance of our models. The models were applied to predicting the potential distribution of S. rostratum in China. The results suggested that the potential distribution of S. rostratum is highly extensive, the potential distribution of S. rostratum include all areas of China except Tibet, Qinghai, Hainan province, some part of Xijiang Uigur Autonomous Region, south part of both Guangdong,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and east part of Taiwan Province. North, East and Center China show high suitability especially. We suggest the related department may pay more attentions to this danger weed because it probably enters a hazard rapid-spread period.
