青藏高原土壤有机碳的空间异质性及其影响因素

Spatial heterogeneity of soil organic carbon in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the influencing factors

土壤碳含量在陆地生态系统碳循环中起着重要的作用,为提高草地有机碳的估算精度,本研究通过对青藏高原高寒草地93个样点进行土壤采样,运用经典统计学和地统计学方法分析了青藏高原高寒草地不同土层(0-10cm、10-20cm、20-30cm、30-50cm)土壤有机碳的空间变异特征及其影响因素。结果表明:青藏高原高寒草地土壤有机碳含量极为丰富,且随着土层深度的增加而减少,各层土壤有机碳的变异系数在空间上具有中等变异强度;半方差拟合决定系数分别为0.922、0.831、0.855、0.525,块金效应值分别为0.390、0.440、0.336、0.387,均表现出中等程度的空间相关性;Kriging插值结果显示,各层土壤有机碳空间分布格局相似,总体表现为西北低东南高。各层土壤有机碳与海拔呈显著负相关(p<0.05);与全氮呈显著正相关(p<0.05);坡度5-8 土壤有机碳含量最高,坡度<5 最低,其他坡度范围差异不显著; 在坡向上的差异表现为阴坡>半阴坡>半阳坡>阳坡。

Soil carbon content played an important role in the terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycle. With 93 soil sampling points of alpine grassland on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, traditional statistics and Geo-statistics methods were applied to make a comprehensive analysis on spatial heterogeneity of the soil samples of 0-10cm, 10-20cm, 20-30cm, 30-50cm in the alpine grassland of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its influencing factors to imSpatial Heterogeneity of soil organic carbon of alpine grassland on Qinghai-Tibet Plateauprove the estimation accuracy of SOC. The results showed that SOC content was extremely abundant and decreased with the increase of soil depth. The coefficients of variation of SOC in each soil layer had a medium intensity of variation in space. The determination coefficients of semi-variance fitting were, respectively, 0.922,0.831,0.855,0.525 and the nugget effect values were 0.390、0.440、0.336、0.387, indicating a moderate spatial correlation. Kriging interpolation results showed that the spatial distribution patterns of SOC in all layers were similar and increased from northwest to southeast. SOC content in all soil layers was negatively related (p < 0. 05) to altitude, but positively related to total nitrogen (p < 0.05). SOC of 5-8 slope was the highest, lowest at <5 , and the difference between other slopes was not significant. SOC in different aspects was shown as cloudy slope > half cloudy slope > half sunny slope > sunny slope.
