金颗粒对单层WS2三角片光学性质的影响
Influence of Au Particles on the Optical Properties of Monolayer WS2 Triangular Flake
单层WS2具有独特的光电特性、谷极化效应及自旋轨道分裂等优异物理性质。本文针对Au纳米材料对单层WS2光学性质影响问题,采用化学气相沉积法制备了单层WS2薄膜,并以溅射方法获得了WS2/Au复合材料。扫描电子显微镜结果表明所制备的WS2及WS2/Au复合材料形貌均为规则的等边三角形。拉曼光谱中面内和层间振动的频率差值为60.21 cm-1,表明制备的WS2薄膜为单层。对单层WS2及WS2/Au复合材料光学性质的对照分析发现,直接向单层WS2表面沉积Au颗粒会导致其发光猝灭,但可以增强层间的拉曼振动。
Monolayer WS2 nanomaterials have many excellent physical properties including unique opto-electronic properties, the valley polarization effect, the spin-orbit split, and so on. Focus on the influence of Au on the optical properties of WS2, monolayer WS2 and WS2/Au composites were fabricated by chemical vapor deposition and sputtering method, respectively. The results of scanning electron microscopy exhibit that the as-prepared WS2 and WS2/Au composites are all equilateral triangular flakes. The frequency difference between inner and outer vibration modes in the Raman spectrum indicated that the WS2 is monolayer film. Comparing the optical properties of the monolayer WS2 and the WS2/Au composites, we found that the photoluminescence of WS2 is quenched, but the outer vibrations can be enhanced in the Raman spectra.
