牙用烤瓷支架钴铬钼合金的支架及冠适合性的研究

摘要] 目的: 研究DA9-4合金支架及冠适合性,为该合金的临床应用奠定基础。方法: ①支架适合性的测试:制作上颌651∣156 缺失标准模20个,常规制作蜡型。随机分成两组,每组10个,分别用DA9-4合金、Reminium 2000合金铸造。用测量显微镜测量蜡型及铸造支架的距离差,计算铸造收缩量。②冠适合性测试:制作有机玻璃模具30件。硅橡胶印模材料翻制成超硬石膏模型。常规制作帽状冠的蜡型。试件随机分成三组,每组10件,用DA9-4合金、Reminium 2000合金及VB钢铸造。粘结后的样本沿模具底座中部纵向剖开。体视显微镜测量试件10个部位粘结剂的厚度。结果: DA9-4合金与Reminium 2000合金铸造支架收缩无显著性差异(P>0.05)。DA9-4合金冠修复体边缘间隙为71.3±8.34μm、肩台间隙为53.4±4.83μm、轴面间隙为41.85±8.08μm、
Objective: To investigate the crown and framework fitness of the Co-Cr-Mo alloy, and for clinic use. Methods: ①20 maxillary dentue mould which lose 651∣156, The speciments were grouped equally into ten. Waved and casted with DA9-4 alloys and Reminium 2000 alloys, respectively. Measure the distance of wax and the framework with microscope. And then calculate the amount of shrink after cast. ②Thirty crown speciments, the shape as per-molar after preparation. The speciments were grouped equally into ten. Cast with DA9-4 alloys; Reminium 2000 alloys and VB alloys, respectively. Each speciment was sandblasted with alumina and bonded with Hy-Bond Glassionomer. After bond, the speciments were embed with self- coagulated plastic and cut longitudinal at the middle. Measure 10 spots of the thick between the crown and the speciments with stereomicroscope. Results: The cast shrink between DA9-4 alloys and Reminium 2000 alloys are no significant difference(P>0.05). And the fitness of the crown are: the margin gap of the crown is 71.3±8.34μm, the shoulder gap is 53.4±4.83μm, the axial wall gap is 1.85±8.08μm, the occlusal lift amount is 55.2±9.21μm. Conclusion: The result showed that the alloy has good fitness and can meet the require of clinic.
