为控制迟缓爱德华菌所引起的病害提供理论和防治指导,利用月桂酰肌氨酸钠的方法提取了迟缓爱德华菌的外膜蛋白,用于建立了双向电泳图谱。该图谱共有45个蛋白点,经过质谱鉴定,其中73.3%是外膜蛋白。在此图谱的基础之上,比较迟缓爱德华菌四环素耐药菌株和出发菌株外膜蛋白的差异点,发现了6种四环素耐药的相关蛋白,分别是EvpB、LamB、OmpF2、ETAE_0245、EvpA和TolC。这些结果为深入开展迟缓爱德华菌对环境应激外膜蛋白质组学的研究奠定了扎实的基础。

In order to provide theoretical and practical guide for control of Edwardsiella tarda infection, this paper extracted the outer membrane (OM) proteins of E. tarda using the sodium lauryl sarcosinate and established the two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) maps. There were 45 protein spots on the 2-DE maps and 82% of them were classified into OM proteins by MALDI-TOF analysis. Furthermore, six altered levels of proteins on the 2-DE maps of OM proteins were identified in tetracycline-resistant E. tarda in comparison with its original strains. They were EvpB, LamB, OmpF2, ETAE_0245, EvpA and TolC. These data provide useful information for further study of OM proteomics in response to environmental stresses.
