短期空气质量变化对人体免疫功能的影响
Short-term effects of ambient air changes to human immune system
目的:观察北京市短期内空气成分变化对人类免疫功能的影响。方法:在2008奥运期间选择128名健康青年,运用流式细胞仪对这些健康青年进行淋巴细胞表型检测,应用荧光定量PCR进行胸腺输出功能检测,同时连续监测此期间空气污染物指数及各大气污染物浓度的变化。应用统计软件分析空气质量变化对健康人体免疫指标的影响。结果:空气质量在奥运期间明显改善。随着空气质量的好转,受试者的淋巴细胞亚群分布发生明显变化:辅助性T细胞、TH/TS升高、调节性T细胞升高,抑制性T细胞、NK细胞、T细胞受体重排删除环(TREC)水平降低。PM2.5与TH、TH/TS、调节性T细胞的变化呈负相关,与TREC的变化呈正相关。结论:短期内空气质量的改变对健康人群淋巴细胞亚群分布及胸腺输出功能有明显影响,淋巴细胞亚群及TREC可作为监测环境因素对人体免疫功能影响的敏感指标。空气中的PM2.5是和多数免疫指标改变相关的主要污染物。大气污染对人体免疫功能的影响,以及不同污染成份的具体影响和机制,仍需进一步长期观察及深入研究。
Objective: Observing the impact of short-term changes of ambient air pollution on healthy young people in immune function. Method: In the period time of 2008 Olympic games in Beijing, detecting changes of API and main pollutant of air pollution in the center area of Beijing, Selecting 128 healthy young people, detecting different kind of biological parameters , including changes of lymphocytes' immunophenotype by flow cytometry, and T cell receptor rearrangement excision circles (TRECs) by real-time in June 2008 to October 2008. Using the ANOVA of statistical software package of SPSS 12.0 to analysis the correlation of changes between air quality and biological parameters; analysis the relationship between the changes of air pollutants and biological parameters by the model of two level random intercept of statistical software of STATA9.0. Results: 1. The air quality was obviously improved during the games. 2. The immunology parameters had changed obviously during the games as the changes of the air pollution: As the quality of ambient air turned better, TH, TH/TS, Tregs had increased, while TS , TRECs, NK cells had decreased obviously. 3. The changes of the concentration of PM2.5 was proved to have statistical significance with the changes of TH, TH/TS, Tregs and TRECs. Conclusion: Short-term changes of air pollutants have obviously impact on healthy people's immunology parameters. Along with the improvement of the air quality, immunology parameters representing the function of immune monitoring increased.
