Implementation of Industrial Site Environmental Monitoring System Based on Modbus and ZigBee
针对工业现场环境监测的网络化和信息化管理问题,提出了一种基于Modbus和ZigBee的工业现场环境监测系统。本系统利用ZigBee(802.15.4)协议组建工业现场无线传感器网络,通过嵌入式智能网关及云服务器实现基于TCP/IP的远程通信系统,同时在应用层报文传输中采用Modbus协议,从而提高整个监测系统的实时性和稳定性。本文的设计,结合了Modbus和ZigBee技术,为工业现场环境监测系统的实施提供了一种有效方案。?????
In order to solve the networking and information management issues for environmental monitoring of industrial site, this paper presents industrial site environmental monitoring system based on Modbus and ZigBee. The system builds wireless sensor network of industrial field through utilizing ZigBee protocol, and establishes TCP/IP telecommunication system by embedded smart gateway and PC software. In the meantime, the system embedded application layer transport protocol Modbus which increases instantaneity and stability of the whole monitoring system. The design of this paper combines Modbus and ZigBee technology and provides an effective solution for implementation of industrial field environmental monitoring system.
