背景 隐性肥胖 (normal weight obesity, NWO)人群在中老年阶段易发生心血管疾病,高强度间歇训练 (high intensity interval training, HIIT)被证明可提高心血管健康,但目前HIIT对NWO心血管风险改善效果的研究较少。目的 探究4周HIIT对NWO女大学生机体内晚期糖基化终产物 (advanced glycation end-products, AGEs)、血糖的影响,明确HIIT降低心血管发生风险的效果。方法 137名女大学生通过InBody-770检测筛选出40名NWO,随机分为对照组(n=13)和HIIT (n=17)干预组。HIIT干预组在进行1周适应性训练后,完成为期4周、5天/周的HIIT训练。两组受试者在干预前、干预后通过InBody-770检测体重、BMI、体脂百分比 (BF%)、内脏脂肪等级 (VFL)、内脏脂肪面积 (VFA)、腰围,使用AGE Reader mu无创检测AGEs,取指尖血使用血糖检验分析仪测空腹血糖以及通过血脂分析系统计算血脂四项比值,应用China-PAR模型评估受试者心血管终生风险。结果 与对照组相比,⑴ HIIT干预组在4周后 BMI、BF%、VFA、VFL、腰围显著下降 (p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01);⑵ AGEs、血糖显著下降 (p<0.01, p<0.01);⑶ TC/HDL、LDL/HDL、TG/HDL、心血管风险显著下降 (p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01)。结论 4周HIIT可显著减少NWO女大学生的体脂,改善AGEs和血糖水平,降低心血管疾病发生的风险。

Background People with normal weight obesity (NWO) are prone to cardiovascular diseases in the middle and old age. High intensity interval training (HIIT) has been demonstrated to improve cardiovascular health. However, whether HIIT can decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases in NWO is not clear. Objectives To explore the effects of four weeks HIIT on the advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) and fasting blood glucose in the NWO female university students, and to clarify the role of HIIT in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Methods Forty NWO subjects were screened out from 137 female college students by Inbody-770 test and randomly divided into the control group (n=13) and HIIT (n=17) intervention group. After one week of adaptive training, the HIIT intervention group completed 4-week, 5 days/week of training. Then the weight, BMI, BF%, VFA, VFL and waist were recorded by Inbody-770. AGEs were detected by AGE Reader MU, fingertip blood was collected to measure fasting blood glucose by blood glucose analyzer, the values of TC/HDL LDL/HDL TG/HDL were calculated by blood lipid analysis system Reader MU and the cardiovascular risk assessment based on the China-PAR model before and after the intervention. Results After four-week training, comparing with the control group, the BMI, BF%, VFA, VFL, and waist decreased significantly (p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01) in the HIIT intervention group. The AGEs and blood glucose decreased significantly (p<0.01, p<0.01) in the HIIT intervention group. The values of TC/HDL, LDL/HDL, TG/HDL, and the cardiovascular risk decreased significantly (p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01) in the HIIT intervention group. Conclusion Four-weeks HIIT can effectively reduce the body fat, the levels of AGEs and blood glucose as well as the risk of cardiovascular disease in the NWO female university students.
