活性污泥呼吸速率的在线测量
On–line Measurement for the Respiration Rate of Activated Sludge
20世纪50年代,Hoover[1]和Smith[2]等人首次将呼吸的概念引入到废水生物处理中,用来对微生物活动进行描述。呼吸速率的测量方法是呼吸速率技术应用的前提。本文对近年来国内、外学者提出的呼吸速率测量方法进行了总结,并提出了一种新的呼吸速率在线测量方法。该方法采用一个溶解氧探头测量呼吸室进、出口的溶解氧浓度,降低了测量误差,更适用于呼吸速率的在线测量和计算。
In 1950s, Hoover and Smith had introduced the concept of respiration to the biological wastewater treatment for the first time to describe the microorganism activity. The measurement of respiration rate is the precondition for its application .This article, a simple summary about the respiration rate measurements which proposed by researchers of various countries in recent years will be made and a new on-line measurement will be described in detail. This method can reduce the measuring error and will be suitable for the on-line measurement and calculation.
