高铁低镍型红土镍矿选择性还原中还原剂对硫酸钠作用机理的影响
Effect of reductant types on the action mechanism of Na2SO4 in High iron and low nickel laterite selective reduction process
以某高铁低镍型红土镍矿为试样,研究了还原剂种类对选择性还原效果以及对硫酸钠作用机理的影响。结果表明,不添加硫酸钠时,还原剂种类对试样选择性还原效果有影响,选择性从强到弱顺序为,褐煤>烟煤>焦粉,与它们的反应活性顺序一致。在选择性还原过程中,硫酸钠作用机理受到还原剂种类的显著影响。硫酸钠用量5%时,不同还原剂所得焙烧矿的矿物组成种类相同,但相对含量有差异。而硫酸钠用量20%时,焙烧矿矿物组成却出现了质的差异。褐煤和烟煤作还原剂时焙烧矿中生成了磁铁矿,焦粉作还原剂时没有,此时焦粉选择性最好。
high iron and low nickel laterite is used as the sample ore to investigate the effect of reductant types on the selective reduction process and action mechanism of the added Na2SO4. The results showed that, without the addition of Na2SO4, the reductant types had a great influence on the reduction process of the sample ore. The order of the reduction selectivity was lignite>bituminous>coke, which was the same as the order of their reactivity. In the selective reduction process, the action mechanism of Na2SO4 was also remarkably affected by the reductant types when Na2SO4 was added. At its dosage of 5%, the mineral compositions of the roasted ores, using different types of reductant, were identical in category but different in content. Nevertheless, there were qualitative differences among the mineral compositions of the roasted ores when increasing Na2SO4 dosage to 20%. Magnetite was produced with lignite and bituminous used as reductant respectively. While no magnetite generated when it came to coke and the effect of selective reduction was best in this case.
