Latest Progress and Research Status of Close Relation Between Depression and Diet

据世界卫生组织,统计,在全球范围内,抑郁症的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,其致残率为一般疾病的23倍以上,抑郁症又称抑郁障碍,其发病过程涉及生物、心理与环境等诸多方面因素参与。一直以来,有许多研究表明饮食营养与抑郁症的发生发展有着密切的联系,本文主要对近五年来国外临床心理学和医学的研究成果进行系统的分析与回顾,对动物饮食实验和饮食对不同人群的抑郁作用进行阐述,由此为将来的研究、临床应用提供依据。

ccording to the data from the World Health Organization, the incidence of Depression had increased quite significantly, and the depression disorder is severe mental disease threatening human's health. Lots of researches have shown that it has a close relation with diet factors, and the recent progress in depression and diet are reviewed in this article. Objective: introduce the external progress in recently 5 years, and provide the reference for clinical research.
