分子生物学技术在医学真菌诊断学中的应用现状及展望
urrent status and future perspectives in diagnosis of medical fungi by molecular biology techniques
本文分析和讨论了目前采用的几种利用分子生物学技术在病原真菌检测的应用，它们可以用于目前常见真菌如曲霉菌、白念珠菌、隐球菌等的高效分子检测。因此预测，分子生物学技术及其联合使用免疫学等多种分析手段将呈现出重要的优势和价值。
In this paper, several molecular biology techniques currently used in diagnosis of pathogenic fungi such as Aspergillus, Candida,, Cryptococcus, are analysised and discussed. We predict that the molecular biology techniques combined with immunology analysis can be used as the efficient methods for diagnosis of medical fungi.
