约束差异演化算法及其在机械结合面参数识别中的应用研究
Study on Constrained Differential Evolution Algorithm and Its Application on Parameter Identification of Machine Joint Surfaces
提出了一种约束差异演化算法,该算法在标准差异演化算法基础上,模拟了"墙头草,随风倒"这一社会现象,提出了"无主见个体";再者,考虑到了约束优化的特点,提出了"不可行个体进化"策略。通过与其它算法的比较,发现本文算法能有效避免"早熟"收敛,具有较好的全局收敛性和鲁棒性。最后建立了机械结合面的参数识别优化模型,并应用本文算法求解了该问题。
constrained differential evolution algorithm (CDE) had been proposed. The CDE algorithm is based on the standard differential evolution algorithm, simulates the social phenomenon of "On the Fence", proposes the no strong-mined individual. Considering the characteristics of constrained optimization, we proposed the strategy of "Infeasible individual evolution". The proposed algorithm had compared with several other evolutionary algorithms, the results showed that the proposed algorithm could overcome the premature convergence efficiently and had better global convergence and robustness. Finally, the paper established the optimization model of parameter identification on machine joint surfaces, solved the problem by the CDE algorithm.
