直接甲醇燃料电池极板污染规律的研究
Laws research of deirect methanol fuel cell plate pollution
根据直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)的实际运行经验,甲醇液的电导率超过50μs/cm时,电池的电化学性能就不能满足工作需求,即电池寿命终止。本文通过模拟甲醇燃料电池的运行环境,找出了甲醇液电导率随时间的变化规律,并结合使用离子交换树脂处理甲醇废弃液,得到DMFC极板的穿透曲线,分析证明了用阴阳离子交换树脂作为DMFC外加处理单元的可行性,为甲醇燃料电池的改进和推广应用提供了实验依据
ccording to the actual operating experience of direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC), when the methanol liquid conductivity is over 50 μ s/cm, electrochemical performance of the battery can't meet the job needs, namely the battery life terminated. This article find out the methanol conductivity variation law through the simulation of methanol fuel cells operating environment, and with a combination of ion exchange resin processing methanol waste liquid, the breakthrough curve of DMFC plate is got. The analysis shows that the ion exchange resins can be used as a DMFC plus the processing unit, and this article provides experiment basis for methanol fuel cells improvement and application
