Synthesis of Vinylidene o-quinone Methide Substrate Containing Imidates

联烯醌中间体由于具有高反应活性,多反应位点,在不对称合成中具有广泛的应用;而亚胺酸酯具有多样的反应性质,经常作为重要的结构单元用于高度官能团化的化合物的合成当中,二者均在有机化学和药物化学中具有非常重要的应用价值。本文设计合成了结构新颖的含亚胺酸酯的联烯醌前体化合物,为联烯醌中间体在新型手性骨架构建方面的应用研究提供基础。

Vinylidene o-quinone methide intermediate have a wide range of applications in asymmetric synthesis due to their high reactivity and multiple reaction sites; while imidates have diverse reactivity properties and are often used as important structural units for highly functionalized compounds, both of them have very important application value in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry. In this paper, novel imidate-containing vinylidene o-quinone methide precursor compounds were designed and synthesized, which provided a basis for the application of vinylidene o-quinone methide intermediate in the construction of novel chiral skeletons.
