低温热处理法回收的钴酸锂应用于碱性二次电池的性能研究

Recovered LiCoO2 through Low-Temperature Heat Treatment Technology Served as Anode material for Alkaline Rechargeable Batteries

考虑到废旧LiCoO2型锂电池回收过程繁琐、耗能高的问题,以及Ni/Co电池因成本高而无法实用化的现状,本实验采用简易的低温热处理法对LiCoO2废料进行回收,并将其作为Ni/Co碱性二次电池负极材料进行电化学性能测试。热处理可有效地提高LiCoO2材料的电化学性能。当放电电流密度为100 mA g-1时,回收LiCoO2材料的最大放电容量为188 mAh g-1。

onsidering that not only the drawback of complicated operation and energy consumption is existing in the recovery of LiCoO2 from the waste Li-ion batteries but also high cost of negative materials has restricted the practicality of Ni/Co batteries, an optimized low-temperature heat treatment approach is given for recovery of discarded LiCoO2 from waste Li-ion batteries. And the results of recovered LiCoO2 served as anode for alkaline rechargeable batteries has demonstrated that heat treatment could remarkably improve the electrochemical properties of LiCoO2 materials. And the reaction mechanism of LiCoO2 electrode is the reversible conversion between Co and Co(OH)2. At the discharge current density of 100 mA g-1, the recovered LiCoO2 displays the maxium discharge capacity of 188 mAh g-1.)
