his paper aimed at how to develop a high-performance dynamic construction cost information system, which can provide construction enterprises with timely, complete and accurate information of the market. With collected data and combinatorial methods, construction enterprises can develop his dynamic ration in true sense. This system I developed enabled the function of auto-ration, which can work out the Construction cost or subentry-price required by BOQ quickly according to any undulation of price.
