为全面了解湖北省十年来的生态安全状况,采用PSR模型构建了生态安全评价指标体系,运用组合赋权法和改进的灰色关联分析的加权TOPSIS法对湖北省2005-2014年的生态进行了安全动态评价,结果表明生态安全指数2005-2006年趋于相同,2007-2012年有缓慢的增长趋势,2013-2014年呈现缓慢下降,整体来看都趋近于临界安全水平。其中,生态压力指数是处于临界安全状态以下,表明湖北省生态系统压力相对比较大;生态状态安全指数呈逐渐下降趋势,表明环境破坏越来越严重; 生态响应指数基本处于临界安全状态以上,表明湖北省为保持生态安全采取了相关措施。总体来看,湖北省生态环境状况相对恶劣。

In order to fully understand the ecological security of Hubei province in ten years, PSR model was used to build an indicators system for ecological security evaluation. combination of weighting method and the weighted TOPSIS of the improved gray correlation analysis was used to conduct a dynamic safety evaluation of ecology of Hubei Province from 2005 to 2014. The results show that the ecological security index from 2005 to 2006 tend to the same, there were a slow trend of growth from 2007 to 2012, and there was a slow decline from 2013 to 2014. Overall, there both close to the critical level of safety. Among them, the ecological pressure index, it shows that Hubei ecosystem stress is relatively large; the index of ecological security state decreased gradually, indicating that environmental damage was more and more serious; its ecological response is basically below the critical security state, it shows that relevant measures were taken in order to maintain ecological safety in Hubei Province. Overall, the ecological environment is relatively poor in Hubei province.
