本文以天然鳞片石墨为原料,在HNO3-HCOOH体系中,采用先插层再炭包覆处理的方法对石墨进行改性,研究了氧化剂HNO3用量对石墨碳层间距、比表面积及表面形貌的影响。结果表明,采用先插层再炭包覆处理的方法能够使石墨碳层间距保持拉大的状态,碳层间距可以稳定在0.3386~0.3393 nm之间。氧化剂HNO3用量对石墨膨胀倍数影响明显,随着HNO3用量的增大,石墨膨胀倍数呈现线性增大的趋势,比表面积呈现先小幅增加后迅速增加的趋势。

In this paper, the graphite was modified by the method of intercalation and then carbon coating in HNO3-HCOOH system, using natural flake graphite as raw material. The influence of oxidant amount HNO3 on graphite layer distance, specific surface area and surface morphology was investigated. The results show that, the carbon layer distance can be stable at 0.3386~0.3393 nm by the method of intercalation and then carbon coating. The dosage of oxidant HNO3 affects graphite expansion ratio, significantly. With HNO3 content increasing, the graphite expansion ratio showed a linear increasing trend and the specific surface area increases slowly and then increases rapidly.
