利用溶胶-凝胶法制得LiNi0.5Co0.5O2正极材料,测试电极性能时,对传统光滑薄铝片均匀涂膜的制备方法进行改进,即用细沙纸打磨厚铝片,使其表面粗糙均匀,再均匀涂膜,这样可以增加附着力,从而有效改善充放电过程中,材料发生粒间松动而脱落,导致内阻增大,容量减小的缺陷,提高了电池的整体性能。
