中药钩藤中钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的合成
Synthesis of rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline, the active constituents in traditional Chinese herbal medicine
目的：钩藤碱和异钩藤碱是常用中药钩藤的主要活性成分，探索人工合成这两种成分的简便方法。方法：以其生物合成前体色胺和裂环马钱素为原料，用化学及生物方法合成它们。结果：经过多步反应，得到了目标化合物及其异构体。结论：仿生合成的方法具有简便、可行的特点，能够用于此类生物碱的合成。
Objective: Study the simple method to synthesize rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline, the active constituents in gouteng, a well-known traditional Chinese herbal medicine. Method: The tryptamine and secologanin were used as the starting material. Chemical and biological methods were used in the synthetic process. Result: the objective compounds and their isomers were obtained by several steps. Conclusion: the biomimetic method is suitable for the synthesis of this kind of alkaloids.
