社区卫生服务组织凝聚力对绩效的影响：知识分享与组织创新的中介作用

Object: To explore the influence of cohesiveness in community health service organization on knowledge sharing, organizational innovation and organizational performance, and to explain the mechanism of interaction between variables. Methods: Using a questionnaire survey method to collect data. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical linear regression were performed to analyze the data. Results: The finding indicated that cohesiveness had a significantly predictive effect on knowledge sharing (β=0.497, P＜0.01) and organizational innovation (β=0.519, P＜0.01), and knowledge sharing (β=0.227, P＜0.01) played a partial mediating role in the relationship. The finding also indicated that cohesiveness had a significantly predictive effect on organizational performance (β=0.595, P＜0.01), and organizational innovation (β=0.288, P＜0.01) played a partial mediating role in the relationship between cohesiveness and organizational performance. Conclusion: Higher level of organizational cohesiveness will help to promote the knowledge sharing between employees, and then to improve the organization’s development and innovation capacity. Ultimately it is beneficial to enhance the overall performance of community health service organization.
