新型开式砂带磨削技术研究
Research on New Open Type Abrasive Grinding Technology
基于对闭式和传统开式砂带磨削技术特点的分析,提出了一种能够实现砂带长时间、高速工作的新型开式砂带磨削技术。根据带状材料卷绕模型,建立该磨削技术的运动模型及参数计算公式。根据新型开式砂带磨削技术特点,提出了磨头的控制要求。并通过分析伺服电机控制模式及SIMOTION同步控制方法特点,确定了收、放卷电机与虚轴v的同步方法。最后,研究通过开展新型开式砂带磨削试验验证了该砂带磨削技术及控制方法的可行性和可靠性。
new open type abrasive belt grinding technology which can be implemented for a long time in high speed was proposed, based on analyzing the technical features of closed type and traditional open type abrasive belt grinding technology. The motion model and parameters calculation formula of the grinding technology was established, according to the model of belt material winding. The control requirements of the grinding head were proposed based on the technical features of new type abrasive belt grinding technology.The synchronous methodbetween virtual axis v, winding motor and unwinding motorwas determined by analyzingthe features ofservo motorcontrol modelsand synchronous method of SIMOTION. Finally, a new open type abrasive belt grindingexperiment was conducted to provethe feasibilityandreliability ofthe grinding technology and control method.
