理工科贫困女大学生就业困境研究

ue to many kinds of factors such as poor academic features, geographical features, gender characteristic, science and engineering poverty female college students become disadvantaged groups when in employment. Using quantitative analysis method, the method of literature, typical survey method ,this article makes a systematic analysis of affecting factor about their employment, and comes up with four organic systems which consist of the science of female college students self-rescue system, poor college supporting system, social support system, family support system for helping science and engineering poverty female college students.
