MRI在功能性不稳踝关节损伤中的诊断价值
目的 探讨核磁共振成像(MRI)在功能性不稳踝关节损伤中的诊断价值。 方法 随机选择本院收治的踝关节损伤者45例为研究组,选择同期收治的45例患有其他足部疾病(排除踝关节损伤)患者为对照组。对各组患者进行MRI检查,并通过测量轴向踝指数、踝间指数、踝距指数观察患者距骨和腓骨位置。 结果 经MRI检查结果显示,研究组中检出距骨软骨损伤的有16例,软骨骨折伴周围组织水肿的有8例,腓骨肌腱损伤有11例,韧带损伤有7例,跟腱断裂有3例。研究组轴向踝指数(11.15±1.14 vs 7.69±1.88)、踝距指数(88.94±10.21 vs 84.32±10.39)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 MRI检查对关节软组织损伤,尤其是韧带、肌肉、肌腱、软骨等具有较高敏感性。功能性不稳踝关节损伤患者存在距骨内旋现象,但腓骨在踝穴内的位置未发生改变。
Objective To evaluate the value of MR Image identification in patients with chronic ankle instability. Methods Forty-five cases with ankle instability in our hospital were randomly selected as research group. The other 45 cases with othersfoot disease (excluding ankle injury) patients were selected as control group. MRI was performed to patients. The position ofthe talus and fibular patients were observed by measuring the AMI patients, IMI, MTI talus and fibula. Results MRI resultsshowed osteochondral injury of the talus in 16 cases, 8 cases of fracture of cartilage surrounding tissue edema, 11 cases of theperoneal tendons,7 cases of ligaments injury and 3 cases of achilles tendon rupture . AMI, MTI were significantly higher inresearch group than the control group (P<0.05 or P0.05). Conclusion MRI has a high sensitivity in joint soft tissue injuries, especially the ligaments, muscles, tendons and cartilage. Spinphenomenain the talus exist in patients with functional instability of ankle injury.
