纳米SiC表面镀铜对铜基复合材料性能的影响
Influence of Cu-coated β-SiC nanoparticles on the properties of Cu-matrix composites
采用简单而方便的化学镀方法,在不同工艺与温度条件下制备了Cu包覆纳米SiC颗粒,并利用粉末冶金工艺制备了镀铜SiC弥散强化铜基复合材料。分析结果表明:镀前对纳米SiC进行超声分散处理和在温度为30℃条件下均有利于改善纳米颗粒团聚现象;镀铜SiC弥散强化效果要明显好于表面未修饰SiC,抗弯强度得到很好改善。
In this paper a nanosized core-shell structure of SiC-Cu was prepared with different techniques and temperatures by a simple and convenient electroless plating approach. The results showed that ultrasonic dispersion before chemical deposition and the tempretrue of the plating solutions being 30℃ were conducive to Cu-coated SiC dispersion. n-SiC particles were coated by Cu shell. The reinforcement effect of Cu-coated SiC on the properties of composites was better than uncoated SiC. And the bending strength was improved obviously.
