沥青基球状活性炭对若干酶类分子的吸附性能研究

考察具有不同比表面积及不同孔结构的沥青基球状活性炭(PSAC)对溶液中有益分子-淀粉酶和胃蛋白酶的吸附行为,并对其孔结构的相关性进行关联。结果表明:PSAC对-淀粉酶及脂肪酶选择性差,对体内有益分子的吸附量比药用炭少的多。几乎全部是微孔结构的PSAC-D的吸附性能最优,对α-淀粉酶的吸附为零,对胃蛋白酶的吸附率略高,为25%;而药用炭对以上两种酶的吸附率均高于95%。因此,沥青基球形活性炭具有良好的吸附选择性。
dsorption behavior of beneficial molecular -amylase and pepsase from aqueous solutions onto pitch-based spherical activated carbon (PSAC) with different BET surface area and pore structure has been studied by UV spectrophotometer, and the correlation between the adsorption performance and pore structure has also been investigated. Results showed that PSAC has good adsorptive selectivity; the interactions among BET surface area, pore structure, and characteristic of adsorptive should be all considered in evaluating adsorption performance of PSAC.
