PAX-2、β-catenin及HAND2蛋白在子宫内膜增生症中的表达及意义

目的 研究PAX-2、β-catenin和HAND2蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达情况，探讨其作为客观评价子宫内膜增生症的可能性。方法 采用免疫组织化学检测19例单纯性子宫内膜增生，19例复杂性子宫内膜增生，22例复杂性伴不典型性增生， 26例高分化子宫内膜样腺癌组织中三种蛋白的表达；对照组为12例增生期子宫内膜。结果 随病变程度增加PAX-2蛋白的阳性表达率下降，增生性子宫内膜与不典型增生及子宫内膜样腺癌的表达差异率有统计学意义；但非典型增生与腺癌之间无统计学意义。β-catenin不能很好的鉴别子宫内膜增生性疾病；HAND2蛋白在子宫内膜腺体及间质中均为细胞核阳性表达，良性子宫内膜与非典型增生及子宫内膜样腺癌的间质异常表达率有统计学意义，但后两者之间的异常表达率无统计学意义。PAX-2及HAND2联合使用对鉴别子宫内膜非典型增生及高分化子宫内膜样腺癌有一定帮助。结论 PAX-2、β-catenin和HAND2蛋白的异常表达是子宫内膜癌发生过程中的早期事件，PAX-2和HAND2可能是区别子宫内膜增生性疾病有用的标志物。
o investigate the expression of PAX-2、β-catenin and HAND2 in the development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and to discuss the possibility of them as useful biomarkers in clinical diagnosis.Methods The expressions of PAX-2、β-catenin and HAND2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining in 12 cases of normal proliferative endometrium,60 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 26 cases of Well-differentiated endometrial cancer.Results The positive expression of PAX-2 and HAND2 were gradually decreased in normal proliferative endometrium,endometrial atypical hyperplasia and Well-differentiated endometrial cancer. The nucleusexpression of β-catenin in different endometrium types was no statistical significance. Conclusions PAX-2,HAND2 lossing and β-catenin abnormal expression are all related to the occurance of endometrial adenocarcinoma．PAX-2 and HAND2 are useful markers to diagnose endometrial hyperplasia.
