基于差速机构导航的自动导向小车设计

本文设计了一种基于差速机构的导航仪,该导航仪逆用了差速器的工作原理,并详细推导了逆差速导航模型,最后将该差速导航仪应用在自动导引小车(Automatic Guided Vehicle)上,并通一种鉴相电路区分小车的行进方向,小车采用单片机模糊控制,实时监控并纠正小车的前进方向并最终完成准确导航,该AGV小车具有成本低、控制简单的特点,具有一定的实用价值。
his paper designed a navigator based differential mechanism, the working principle of differential was used inversely, and the navigation model was given detailedly. The differential-navigator has been applied to an AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle), and the marching direction of AGV was distinguished by a type of Phase Discrimination Circuit, and used fuzzy control by single-chip computer, with real-time monitoring and corrected the driving directions, and made an accurate navigation eventually. This new AGV is characterized by low cost and simple to control, and it has practical value.
