为了进一步提高中小型注塑机的精度,采用了四缸连锁内循环液压驱动的两板直压式合模系统和全电动注塑系统相结合技术,设计制造出电液复合二板直压式注塑机。本文结合相关测试标准,对新设计的注塑机进行了测试,主要以锁模精度和制品质量重复精度为关键指标来评价新注塑机的性能。测试结果表明,新设计制造的注塑机的锁模精度和制品质量重复精度均达到了注塑机通用技术条件,拉杆偏斜率达到了精密注塑机的标准,但制品质量重复精度与精密注塑机标准有少许差距。

In order to further improve the precision of small and medium-sized injection molding machines, a four-cylinder interlocking internal hydraulic drive two-plate direct-pressure clamping system and an all-electric plastication system are combined to design and manufacture an electro-hydraulic composite two-plate direct-compression injection molding machine. In this paper, the newly designed injection molding machine was tested in combination with the relevant test standards. The performance of the new injection molding machine was evaluated mainly by the keying accuracy of clamping precision and product weight repeatability. The test results showed that the clamping precition and the product weight repeatability of the newly designed injection molding machine achieved the technique conditions of the standard normal injection molding machines,and the slope of the tie rods had reached the standard of precision injection molding machine, but the product repeatability had a slight gap to the standard of precision injection molding machine.
