光质-照度对叶下珠种子萌发的影响

研究不同光质-照度处理对叶下珠种子萌发的影响,为叶下珠的种子育苗、人工栽培提供一定的科学依据。结果表明:叶下珠种子属于光敏性种子,在光照条件下萌发能显著提高其发芽率;不同光质(红、黄、绿、蓝、紫)处理对种子萌发有促进作用;红光光照强度越大,越有利于叶下珠种子萌发;绿、蓝、紫光在1000 lx时,最适于种子萌发;黄、白光在低照度时有很好的种子萌发率。黄、绿色光质照射下,高光照降低了种子发芽整齐度。本实验得到了叶下珠种子在不同光质照射下的最适萌发光照条件以及不同光照强度照射下的最适萌发光质,对叶下珠种苗培育、人工种植具有指导作用。
In this study,we explored the different light qualities and intensities treatments on the influence of Phyllanthus urinaria L.'s seed germination, hoping to provide certain scientific basis for raising seedling technology and the artificial cultivation of Phyllanthus urinaria L..Results indicate that:The seeds of Phyllanthus urinaria L. exhibit photosensitive properties, germinating under the condition of light can significantly improve the germination rate;Different treatments of light qualities (red, yellow, green, blue, and purple)stimulate seeds' germination;with the increasing of red light intensity, the seeds' germination rate is higher;Green, blue, violet light with the 1000 lx light intensity are the most suitable for germination;Yellow and white light with low light intensity have a good germination rate.Yellow, green with high light intensity reduce uniformity of the seeds' germination. In this experiment,we obtained the optimal light conditions under different light qualities, and the optimal light qualities under different light intensities of the seeds' germination of Phyllanthus urinaria L., having a guiding role to raise seedling and artificial cultivation.
