资源型城市产业转型的新思路——能力驱动
he new thinking of the resource-based cities’s industrial transformation——urban-ability driven
在文献回顾的基础上，提炼出资源型城市资源驱动、城市驱动的转型模式并分析了其中的局限性。为了真正实现资源型城市的可持续发展，摆脱城市产业结构的刚性约束，本文提出了基于城市能力驱动的资源型城市转型模式，并建立了研究构想的框架，是资源型城市转型思路的新的探讨。
On the basis of summing up the research articles of domestic and foreign, from which the resource-driven and urban-driven transformation models are extracted, the limitations are also analyzed. In order to achieve the sustainable development, to get rid of the rigid constraint existing in the industrial structure, a new transformation model，the urban-ability driven model is proposed, to provide new research ideas for the transformation of resource-dependent cities.
