基于Matlab的图像处理技术在建筑外墙饰面砖中的应用

建筑外墙饰面砖脱落伤人的安全隐患往往被忽略,给社会公共安全造成了极大的威胁。本文设计制作了试验模型模拟建筑外墙饰面砖的空鼓缺陷,用聚苯乙烯泡沫代替建筑物外墙内空鼓。利用红外热像仪对建筑物外墙进行检测,利用Matlab语言及图像处理技术处理红外图像计算饰面砖的空鼓率,给出了相应提取过程语言程序及处理结果,并与试验设计值进行比较。结果表明,试验设计值与Matlab计算得出的结果相差不大,说明Matlab在建筑外墙饰面砖空鼓率的计算中是可行的,为及时保养和处理内部隐患及检测饰面砖的安全性提供依据。
he security risks of the debond ceramic tile in the external wall is often overlooked,it can cause great threat to the public.The experiment model of debond detection of building defected by infrared thermography is set up, and polystyrene foam is used instead of the external walls of buildings within the hollowing. The obtained images of them are analyzed to calculate the ratio of the empty swell by digital image processing technique ,and compared the final consequence and the experimental design value. It is shown that Matlab is liable to the ratio of the hollowing of the buildings facing tiles and can provide basis for maintaining To maintain and processing the internal hidden danger and the examination promptly plays the part of the face brick the security.
