活血利水法治疗眼科疾病的临床研究进展

本文综述了自上世纪90年代初彭清华教授在国内首次提出眼科水血同治的理论以后，各地医者在临床上运用活血利水法治疗玻璃体积血、视网膜静脉阻塞、糖尿病性视网膜病变、原发性青光眼及其手术后、视网膜脱离手术后、中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变、中心性渗出性视网膜脉络膜病变、黄斑变性及玻璃膜疣、视网膜中央动脉阻塞、视网膜出血、Coats氏病、缺血性视神经病变、眼睑挫伤、角膜碱性烧伤、外伤性前房积血并继发性青光眼、视网膜震荡伤、眼内异物手术后等眼科疾病的研究进展。
his article is to summarize that professor Peng Qinghua put forward firstly the theory of”Shui” and “Xue” of opthalmology in China from 1990s. the method of blood and water.Then different doctors used the method to treat vitreous hemorrhage, retinal vein obstruction, diabetic retinopathy,primary glaucoma,retinal detachment after operation, central serous chorioretiopathy, central exudative chororetiopathy,macular degeneration,drusen, retinal artery obstruction,retinal hemorrhage, Coats disease,ischemic optic neuropathy. blepharal contusion, traumatic hyphema,secondary glausoma,commotio retinae,alkali burns of cornea, intra-ocular foreign body after operation and so on.
