133是近年来在干细胞研究领域倍受关注的细胞膜糖蛋白，属于5TM受体家族，在多种组织中的表达已使它成为部分肿瘤干细胞的标记物之一，尤其在神经系统,被认为是脑肿瘤起始细胞的特异性标志。而胃肠道间质瘤可能起源于胃肠道卡哈尔间质干细胞( interstitial cells of Cajal, ICC) ，它不属于神经细胞却与神经功能密切相关。本文就近年来发现的CD133和胃肠道间质瘤的关系，立此论述。
