妊娠期尿潴留病例报道及文献复习

Urinary retention is common in elderly men, but in women is a rare occurrence. Urinary retention during pregnancy has a low incidence, but can induce serious complications and adverse pregnancy outcome. Early identification and management are crucial in clinical practice. Only by timely symptomatic and etiological treatment can the adverse outcome be avoided. This article made a review of the research progress of etiology, diagnosis and treatment, and two patients with urinary retention during pregnancy admitted to Peking University International Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were analyzed retrospectively, their pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment process and outcome were summarized and analyzed based on the data of 19 cases reported at home and abroadto provide ideas and reference for clinical doctors.
